This notice explains how Endgame Corp. handles information in Story Beaver, a reading and read-aloud app for children and the adults who manage their use of it. It covers the app and these Story Beaver support pages. Endgame Corp. is the publisher and data controller for the information it collects directly through Story Beaver.

Children and adult features

Children can read bundled stories and use the reading and narration features without creating an account. Story Beaver does not provide child profiles, chat, public posting, camera or microphone capture, location features, contacts access, photo uploads, or child-submitted content.

Sign-in, subscriptions, purchases, support, account deletion, and links to information outside the app are intended for a parent, guardian, or other adult. The app uses an adult gate before its purchase and adult-account surfaces. An in-app adult gate is an interface safeguard; it is not a substitute for parental consent or any legal requirement that may apply to a particular family or location.

Information stored on your device

Story Beaver stores information locally so it can remember your place and work offline. This may include the book and page you were reading, playback position, reading or listening mode, volume, reduced-motion preference, bookmarks, cached catalog information, downloaded story assets, and temporary reading or audio state. Bundled story text, illustrations, manifests, narration, and metadata are publisher content, not a child profile.

Device-local information can be removed by using an available reset or removal control, clearing the app's data, or uninstalling the app. The operating system may also evict cached files. Remote account deletion cannot erase files already stored on a device.

Adult account and sign-in information

If an adult creates or uses an account, Story Beaver may process the adult's email address, name or other profile claims supplied by the sign-in provider, sign-in provider name, provider subject or user identifier, Supabase user identifier, session information, and account-security events. The intended sign-in providers are Google and Apple. Reading is designed to remain available without an account.

We use this information to authenticate an adult, maintain a secure session, connect an adult to subscription access across devices when that feature is enabled, provide support, prevent abuse, and comply with law. We do not ask a child to provide an email address or create an account.

Subscriptions and purchase information

Story Beaver may offer adult-only subscriptions through Apple's App Store and Google Play. Apple and Google process checkout and payment-card information through their stores. Endgame Corp. does not receive your full payment-card or bank-account number through Story Beaver.

RevenueCat supports the app's subscription configuration and entitlement checks. RevenueCat may process a pseudonymous App User ID, product and entitlement information, purchase or receipt references, subscription status, renewal and expiration state, cancellation or refund state, and information needed to restore access or respond to an adult support request. A RevenueCat identifier may be created before purchase so the app can determine whether protected content is available. The app uses store and RevenueCat entitlement state, not a local unlock flag, to control paid access.

Apple and Google retain their own purchase, refund, fraud, tax, and accounting records under their policies. Deleting a Story Beaver account does not cancel a store subscription; cancel renewal through the store account used for the purchase.

Analytics, attribution, and advertising

Story Beaver does not display advertising inside the app. We do not use ad networks to show ads to children.

For parent-facing acquisition measurement, the native app may use Apple Search Ads attribution through Apple's AdServices framework and may connect a Firebase app-instance identifier to RevenueCat so subscription events can be evaluated as campaign conversions for Google Ads. These services are used for attribution and measurement, not to show advertisements inside Story Beaver. The app sets Google advertising personalization, advertising storage, and user-data consent to denied in the RevenueCat attribution path. We do not use Story Beaver data to build an advertising profile for a child or to target ads at children.

Attribution and measurement still involve technical identifiers and third-party processing. Their exact collection and retention depend on the final platform SDK configuration and provider settings, and are included in the app's store privacy and Data Safety disclosures. The Story Beaver support pages do not intentionally add advertising trackers.

Support messages

If you email admin@endgamecorp.com or use a Story Beaver support form, we receive the email address, message, and any information you choose to include. We use it to answer questions, troubleshoot reading, audio, account, subscription, or deletion issues, protect the service, and keep necessary support records.

Please contact us as an adult and do not send a child's full name, photograph, voice recording, precise location, password, sign-in code, or payment-card number. Include only the device, app version, store, plan, book, and error details needed to help.

Service providers

Depending on the features used and the release configuration, Story Beaver may use:

  • Supabase for adult authentication, account services, hosted catalog or content delivery, and related security operations;
  • RevenueCat for subscription offerings, entitlement state, purchase restoration, and subscription-event measurement;
  • Apple and Google for app distribution, sign-in, subscription checkout, purchase records, and platform services;
  • Firebase services for the limited app-instance and measurement functions described above;
  • Apple AdServices for Apple Search Ads attribution; and
  • Vercel for hosting these web pages and Resend for delivering messages submitted through the company contact service.

These providers may process information on our behalf or under their own terms and privacy notices. We do not sell personal information. We do not authorize providers to use children's information for targeted advertising.

Network and technical information

When the app or these pages connect to a provider, that provider may receive ordinary technical information such as an IP address, device or browser information, request time, path, status, and security or authentication events. A hosted catalog or downloaded story may require a network request. Provider logs can be retained for security, fraud prevention, service operation, or legal compliance according to the provider's settings and policies.

Retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing the service, supporting an adult account, handling subscriptions, protecting security, resolving disputes, and meeting legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or accounting obligations. Device-local reading data remains until it is cleared, evicted, or removed. Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Supabase, Firebase, Vercel, and Resend may retain records under their own policies and applicable legal obligations. We will update this notice when the final production configuration establishes a more specific retention period for a category of information.

Deletion and access requests

An adult may request deletion of a Story Beaver account through our account-deletion page or through the in-app adult account area when available. We will delete the active adult account information that Endgame Corp. controls, revoke sessions, and request deletion of linked provider information where the provider supports that request. We may retain limited information needed for security, fraud prevention, refunds, tax, accounting, legal compliance, or a documented support dispute.

Account deletion does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google subscription, erase device-local files, or delete the stores' independent transaction records. Adults may also contact us to ask about access, correction, or privacy concerns.

International processing

Endgame Corp. and the providers used by Story Beaver may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use the safeguards and contractual measures applicable to that transfer.

Changes and contact

We may update this notice when Story Beaver's features, providers, or legal requirements change. We will update the date above and revise the store privacy disclosures when a change affects the information handled by the app.

For privacy questions or adult account-deletion requests, contact admin@endgamecorp.com. For product support, visit Story Beaver support.
